AHG Security Services operates under a standardized Terms & Conditions document that establishes the company's default operating practices, similar to the terms provided with many financial and commercial products. Rather than using a traditional customer contract, these terms serve as the foundation of the service agreement. Site-specific requirements, purchaser preferences, insurance obligations, and operational expectations are addressed through a collaboratively developed addendum and supporting attachments. Together, the Terms & Conditions, addendum, and attachments form the complete agreement governing security services for one or multiple properties.

AHG Security Services provides security personnel for roles requiring employment by a licensed security guard company. Positions requiring additional professional licenses or certifications beyond those that can be achieved through company training are not offered. Where appropriate, AHG Security Services provides documented training to qualify security officers for site-specific duties. Security officers perform on-site responsibilities, while company management oversees purchaser relations, operational planning, and service solutions.

AHG Security Services uses a package pricing model that considers factors beyond guard hours, including risk, property characteristics, service requirements, and contract duration. Pricing includes planned contingencies, such as banked emergency coverage hours. A portion of the contract price is due before services begin, with the remaining balance paid in scheduled installments. A valid payment method must remain on file, and services may be suspended for delinquent payments. If AHG Security Services fails to provide scheduled guard coverage due to company error, the purchaser will receive a refund equal to the applicable guard labor cost for the missed coverage period.

Liability and indemnification are based on the agreed security responsibilities. Any dispute that arises will be handled through the established dispute resolution process.

Purchasers select the uniform category appropriate for their site, while AHG Security Services maintains control over the professional appearance, branding, and standards of all uniforms and equipment.

AHG Security Services and the purchaser are expected to maintain professional conduct and respectful communication throughout the business relationship.
